Students will learn how 406, 407, 412, 331 and 338 spec containers are built and designed to function in day-to-day operations as well as emergencies. Damage assessment, leak<br \/>\ncontrol, product transfer, flaring, up righting of containers as well as clean and purges will be addressed.
