Guiding delegates through safety and risk appraisal then progressing to explore necessary measures to ensure responder safety. The course highlights the tools, techniques and tactical process required to ensure an effective incident response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2254b7ce-e4d2-4d53-8651-33f82fe63ef1\">Participants will learn to call on third resources for technical information and utilize the established systems for site management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9da361bc-0dbd-42f4-8b97-8f542c78003d\">Upon successful completion of a short exam and practical exercise delegates are awarded a internationally recognized 24hr HaWOpER certificate and wallet card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b4dae3e3-188b-4044-ba71-5b12a9560b4a\"><strong>TARGET AUDIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-223370e9-be77-4c60-b5c7-67b6de73cd1a\">The HazWOpER 24hr course is aimed at incident responders who will be involved in the direct cleanup of an oil or chemical spill.
