amount of US$ 750 million, with a yield of 9.875% per annum, maturing in 7 years on February 6, 2031.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The net proceeds from the offering will be used for refinancing financial obligations, contributing to the Company&#8217;s capital structure improvement, and will also be applied to finance or refinance eligible green investments (Green Notes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a
