The agreement includes replacing Ambipar&#8217;s fleet with BYD electric vehicles, as well as managing the automaker&#8217;s environmental operations in Brazil, including environmental licensing, waste treatment, battery reverse logistics, and decarbonization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis partnership is essential to address the environmental challenges we are facing and reflects our commitment to sustainable development. We are confident that this agreement will be an important step toward meeting the agenda of global impact solutions, aiming to mitigate the effects of climate change on our society,\u201d said Fabr\u00edcio Fonseca, CEO of Ambipar Environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambipar will also offer integrated solutions to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, reaffirming both companies&#8217; commitment to sustainable development and the global climate agenda.
