COURSE LOAD: 3 days (24 hours)

DESCRIPTION:

This 24-hour course will focus on compressed gas emergencies. Students will be instructed on:

• Compressed, liquefied and cryogenic gas behavior
• Emergency response techniques.
• Containers (cylinders, highway cargo tanks and pressure rail cars)
• Gas detection
• Damage assessment, auto refrigeration, pressure control
• Freeze patching, transfers and flaring.

This course is approximately 50/50 mix of classroom and hands-on training.
