3 day course will focus on compressed gas emergencies. Students will be instructed on compressed, liquefied and cryogenic gas behavior and emergency response techniques. Containers (cylinders, highway cargo tanks and pressure rail cars), gas detection, damage assessment, auto refrigeration, pressure control, freeze patching, transfers and flaring will be covered. The course is approximately a 50/50 mix of classroom and hands on training.

PREREQUISITES: Hazardous Materials – Technician or Specialist Employee
