Who We Are

Ambipar Response Training Center, known as ARTC, will serve as the world's largest Hazmat Training Center. It is located in Pueblo, Colorado, at the Transportation Technology Center (TTC).

Ambipar operates across various sectors, providing comprehensive services and products related to environmental management. Currently undergoing global expansion, Ambipar adheres to compliance and socio-environmental responsibility rules, prioritizing ethics and prompt customer service. "I recently had the good fortune to attend the ATC in Pueblo Colorado for Hazardous Material training under the guidance of Lee Nelson. As a firefighter of 20 years I've attended my fair share of technical courses and this one was hands down the best one I've attended.

The facilities were well thought out and very well equipped. From hi tech comfortable lecture theatres, to in house props where we had access to pretty much every different kind of access hatch, inlet valve, outlet valve cover plate etc that you can find on any rail cars and transport trailers and trucks. Once we were familiar with the props we were allowed to go outside where there was a wide variety of full sized rail cars, trailers, trucks, containers for us to work on. Using compressed air, water filled trailers and smoke machines the scenarios were very realistic and pushed us to our limits.

The content and pace of the course were spot on and Lee as the main instructor was great. He's very knowledgeable, has a wealth of valuable experience and is a natural instructor / educator. If you get the chance to take the course at ATC with Lee, take it, you will not regret it.
