Ambipar Response Training Center, known as ARTC, is set to become the world's largest Hazmat Training Center. It is located in Pueblo, Colorado, at the Transportation Technology Center (TTC).
ARTC is a globally recognized leader in hazmat response and adheres to international standards for responder training. We utilize cutting-edge facilities and technologies, innovative learning methods, and forward-thinking instruction to equip today’s emergency responders for the evolving needs of tomorrow’s emergencies.
We operate five training camps, including ARTC USA. Additionally, we have ARTC facilities in Brazil (Nova Odessa - São Paulo), Chile (Santiago de Chile), and Peru.

ARTC is implementing over 130 hazmat response projects across all transportation modes — rail, highway, intermodal, and pipelines.
The new training center takes pride in delivering a world-class hazmat response training experience, emphasizing hands-on experience with actual and fully operational transportation tanks and pipelines, as well as state-of-the-art HazMat response equipment. This approach ensures that HazMat responders are well-equipped to face the challenges of the 21st century safely. ARTC plans to feature a diverse array of current containers and modern-day response equipment and technologies, many of which will be unique to the center, ensuring that responders receive training with the latest techniques and tools available today.
