OBJECTIVE
The course provides a complete overview of oil spill preparedness and response with a balance of theoretical and practical elements. During the course, delegates consider their organisation’s contingency plans, responsibility within it and how they would manage an oil spill response.
Throughout the course, delegates can:
- Take part in many practical and theoretical exercises
- Work within an incident management team
- Successfully plan a spill response and undertake post-response activities.
Upon completion delegates achieve an accredited certificate of completion.
