Boomera Ambipar was one of the winning companies of the Best for the World™️ 2022 Award, in the Environmental category, highlighting its work in creating solutions in Reverse Logistics and Circular Engineering. This is the 5th consecutive time that the company has received the award.
Recognized for its work on the transformation of waste into recycled raw materials and new products, Boomera Ambipar has the B-Corp Certificate, granted by B-Lab – a non-profit network – which evaluates companies around the world that respect the most high standards of social, environmental performance, transparency and legal responsibility.
Every year, B-Lab recognizes the best performing “B Companies” that generate a great impact on their business. These companies are named Best for the World™ based on their scores in five areas of impact: community, customers, environment, governance and workers.
“For us this award is a great recognition. Everything we do is with great commitment and dedication to generate increasingly significant social and environmental impacts. I believe that we are on the right path and we will continue with our purpose of promoting a low carbon circular economy and, in this way, contributing to a more sustainable society” – highlights Gui Brammer, CEO of Boomera Ambipar.
Boomera Ambipar combines science with awareness and delivers complete processes that involve collector cooperatives, laboratory studies, development and manufacture of new products, thus acting in three main points of the production chain: manufacturing, consumption/disposal and recycling. Based on the CircularPack methodology, the company proposes a complete journey to transform waste into a line of products with a cause, through technology, design and collectors’ cooperatives. This process inserts companies into the circular economy, generating income for many waste pickers and providing improvements for the environment.
