OBJECTIVE:
Establish minimum requirements and protective measures for work at height, involving planning, organization and execution in order to ensure the safety and health of workers directly or indirectly involved in the activity.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Operation, maintenance and cleaning staff, or any other worker who performs activities at height.
PROGRAM CONTENT:
- Rules and regulations applicable to working at height
- Risk analysis and impeding conditions
- Potential risks inherent in working at height and prevention and control measures
- Collective protection systems, equipment and procedures
- Personal protective equipment for work at height: selection, inspection, conservation and use limitation
- Typical accidents at work at height
- Conduct in emergency situations, including notions of rescue techniques and first aid
