Ambipar – the leader in environmental management – has recently acquired Enviroclear, emergency response and industrial services company based in the UK. The initiative expands the company’s operations in the British and European markets and is part of its global expansion plan. The company now acquired is headquartered in Wrexham, Wales, and has three operating bases in the country.
According to Thiago Silva, Ambipar’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), “the acquisition is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives of providing its clients with a global emergency response structure. Furthermore, the geographical expansion and offer of services in the British and European territory seek not only to provide such services with standardization and excellence but also to capture the synergy of a single response center for the industry and all transportation modals.”
