This intensive 40-hour provides hands-on training and real-life scenarios allowing the student to gain confidence in this dangerous environment.
The skills taught include:

• Rescuer safety
• Communication systems
• Lock-out, tag-out
• Rope systems for confined space entry & rescue.
• Equipment selection.
• Knots, anchors, lowering systems
• Knot passing through rappels
• Raising and lowering systems; systems safety
  factors
• Practical application is taught through scenarios
  drawn from actual rescue experiences, and
  more.
