This course is targeted at training individuals at an Operational Level (First responders, Supervisors and On-Scene Commanders).

The course is specifically tailored to meet OPRC-HNS requirements and is aimed at an HNS spill response team who may have responsibilities for the initial response steps and enacting response plans, acting within an emergency response team to the response to a Tier 1-3 HNS spill incident.
This course will enable delegates to mitigate against the detrimental consequences of an HNS incident.

The course addresses the key elements, challenges and dangers associated with an HNS incident and offers an overview of the role of first responders and observers of an HNS incident.
