HAZMAT Specialist Level

OBJECTIVE:

This course is taught through practical presentations, case presentations and simulated exercises.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Professionals in the sectors of transport, shipping, traffic, QSMS, public agencies or other sectors that constitute the emergency brigade of the institution.

PROGRAM CONTENT:

• Knowing and using detection, monitoring, chemical and respiratory protection equipment
• Conducting practical exercises
• Knowing several sources of information, physical-chemical, biological, radiological characteristics and toxicological characteristics of the different classes of dangerous products
• Techniques for containment and containment of spills
• Participation in emergency exercises on a full scale

COURSE LOAD: 40 HOURS

Requirements: Minimum certification at Operations and Technical Level
