Ambipar offers a 24 hour telephone service for customers, non-customers and support for emergency response operations. This assists in the communication between the work performed in the field by the emergency response personnel and the decision-makers in the incident management structure of our customers.

Central 24h operates the services performed in Brazil, the United Kingdom and Latin America, and counts on the technical support of the engineering team for mapping emergency resources and vulnerable areas using a geographic environmental database – System Geographic Information System (GIS).
