Gift with Purpose
The challenge was to work on the empowerment of women in the cooperative.
Based on the needs mapped in each of the 7 cooperatives, we develop actions for all of them, always aiming to work the empowerment and self-esteem. We did this through courses, training, structural improvements, health, safety, and education in an enriching exchange!
Result
There were 254 people impacted!
This project brought the cooperative members a better working environment through workshops, courses and improvements in the space, in addition to greater empowerment!
