CECOE offers telephone service for customers, non-customers and support for emergency response operations in the communication between the work performed in the field by the emergency response bases and the decision makers in the structure of our customers.

Central 24h operates the services performed in Brazil, the United Kingdom and Latin America, and counts on the technical support of the engineering team for mapping emergency resources and vulnerable areas using a geographic environmental database – System Geographic Information System (GIS).

We offer the 0800 Central Telephone Service outsourcing service. The expertise of our emergency call center is recognized by several institutions, operating the 24-hour Emergency Call Center with PRÓ-QUÍMICA Chemicals from the Brazilian Chemical Industry Association (ABIQUIM ) and six other large multinational companies.
