What is Legal Reserve?

Those who do not have the area within the property in the minimum percentage necessary, can regularize it through:

I – recomposition of the Legal Reserve;
II – natural regeneration of vegetation in the Legal Reserve area;
III – compensation of the Legal Reserve.

The Legal Reserve Compensation allows you to regularize your property while maintaining the productive area.

How to regularize using the CRL:

Declare in the Environmental Regularization Program (PRA) that you want to offset your legal reserve
Choose the modality fulfilling the requirements:
– Areas equivalent in size
– Areas in the same biome
– If out of state, located in
priority areas for conservation
Suppression of native vegetation
before July 22, 2008
