What is Legal Reserve?
Those who do not have the area within the property in the minimum percentage necessary, can regularize it through:
I – recomposition of the Legal Reserve;
II – natural regeneration of vegetation in the Legal Reserve area;
III – compensation of the Legal Reserve.
The Legal Reserve Compensation allows you to regularize your property while maintaining the productive area.
