Ambipar discusses the future of recycling professionals.

Recycling – Ambipar ViraSer, a member company of Ambipar Group, a leading Brazilian multinational in environmental management, is pleased to invite you to the Impacta + Meeting event, taking place on September 21 and 22 at the company’s headquarters in Nova Odessa. This will be the first national event to discuss the direction of recycling centers throughout the country.

The event also aims to introduce the new recycling professional, positioning these professionals as entrepreneurs and leaders capable of networking and understanding the importance of strategic partnerships for cooperatives. Dozens of recycling professionals from all regions of the country, many of whom are leaving their cities for the first time, will participate and share their experiences and challenges.

The Impacta + Meeting will feature the participation of executives from major companies such as Heinz, Mondelez, 3 Corações, and Ambev.

The conference will also address the challenges related to professionalization and the development of this workforce segment through discussions, business-themed panels, and lectures with the presence of digital influencers such as magician Renner Silva, Dani Amorim, and Duda from Primo Pobre.

In addition, the event will cover changes in legislation and how tax reform impacts the recycling sector’s business with Fabrício Soler, the company’s legal partner.
