The new company will perform evaluation activities in different typologies of certification schemes for products, services, and processes to verify compliance with and adherence to standards and legal requirements.

Ambipar Group, a leading Brazilian multinational in environmental management, is launching Ambipar Certification, which will grant the Green Seal. This endorsement attests that the company has complied with legislation, including the requirements of the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), and that it may have waste valorization and circular economy practices.

According to Elaine Cristina Moreira, Technical Manager of Ambipar Certification, the company emerges at a time when the market seeks process excellence and product quality.

“More and more institutions are seeking to improve their processes. This path is extremely important when we think, for example, about waste issues and the transformations that must occur more strongly in the coming years. In this sense, Ambipar Certification comes to collaborate with companies committed to environmental protection and compliance with environmental laws,” highlights the executive.

Green Seal Certification

The Green Seal certification is capable of certifying waste management services with zero landfill practices and circular economy, pioneering in Brazil.

Ambipar Certification now awards the Green Seal to organizations engaged in environmental preservation and sustainability challenges.

Subjected to independent and specific audits for service or process certification, as established by NBR 17.065 and NBR 17.067, the Green Seal brings more reliability and security to the evaluated and qualified companies by Ambipar Certification.

By obtaining it, companies are recognized as a standard in managing the waste generated in their supply chain, and they are even considered benchmarks for their entire sector.
