In its first edition, the program selected 5 potential partners.
Adeste, a company that transforms natural products into big businesses, offering innovative solutions for the healthcare, food, and animal nutrition sectors, has selected 5 startups for the pilot phase of the company’s open innovation program, ESSENTIA.
The first edition of the program aims to solve challenges to gain operational efficiency in various processes related to areas such as people management, logistics intelligence, risk management, quality assurance, and strategic sourcing. ESSENTIA is being supported by Innoscience, a Corporate Innovation Consultancy that brings knowledge, method, and experience to help established companies generate results and profit from innovation.
“We are very happy to announce the startups selected for the first edition of ESSENTIA. Adeste is a company that has innovation in its DNA, and the program once again shows how seriously we take this topic here,” says Cristina Varella Amorim, CHRO and Innovation Director at Adeste.
The selected startups: For the Smart Environmental Requirements Management challenge, the chosen one was Ambipar Green Tech, a São Paulo-based company that offers technology for high Environmental, Social, and Governance performance.
For the Succession Tracks based on Structure and Intelligent Competence Analysis, the selected one was Shooju, a startup present in more than 7 countries, specializing in data management and streamlining data flows. Regarding the Electronic Production and Quality Control Dossier challenge, the Minas Gerais-based startup Ledcorp, which specializes in information logistics solutions, caught the attention of Adeste’s team of experts.
The also São Paulo-based Murabei was selected for the Smart Quality Management of Raw Material Purchases challenge. The startup develops software and offers a scientific perspective to improve companies’ understanding and decision-making.
Finally, for the Smart Fleet Management and Routing challenge, the chosen one was Grupo Intelipost from Santa Catarina. The startup automates the logistics process, bringing more agility and cost savings to delivery and collection routing.
“These startups will play a fundamental role in this first edition of the program, as they will work alongside Adeste in search of solutions for our significant challenges,” concludes Cristina.
