Governance needs to be strengthened in ESG, warns CVM superintendent

The panel “The capital market and companies that have embraced ESG tools” at the “Outlook 2023” seminar organized by MONEY REPORT – Leaders’ Agenda, on Wednesday (1st), focused on the need to strengthen governance issues (the G in ESG) in order to protect investors and establish a business model that goes beyond compliance, noted panelist Daniel Maeda (center), superintendent of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
