The MONEY REPORT seminar | Leaders’ Agenda 2nd ESG Day, resumed addressing the most urgent aspects of environmental, social and corporate governance issues. Fundamental for companies and a necessity for conscientious investors, sustainable assumptions have changed the focus of the business world in a decisive and irreversible way in a short time. ESG Day had all its emissions offset by carbon credits. Check out the panels in full.

2nd ESG Day – When problems become assets

The opening panel, “How to reduce negative socio-environmental impacts and generate positive results”, had panelists Daniel Randon (President of Randon), Rafael Tello (Sustainability Director of Ambipar) and Rodrigo Figueiredo (Vice President of Sustainability at Ambev), accompanied by the debater Daniela Pedroza (CEO of Ambipar VG).

2nd ESG Day – Accepting differences enriches companies

The following table, “The importance of diversity, inclusion and social responsibility in corporations”, featured panelists Karina Lima (Vice President of Salesforce) and Rodrigo Figueiredo (Vice President of Sustainability at Ambev), alongside panelists Cassio Pantaleoni (AVP digital experience sales Latam at Adobe) and Vittorio Danesi (CEO at Simpress).

2nd ESG Day – Board transparency is key

The panel “The role of governance, compliance and boards of directors in the transparency of companies” was led by Renato Ochman (Ochman e Associados) and Sebastian Soares (leader of governance at KPMG in Brazil), with debaters Claudia Martinez (counselor of Idea Maker) and Marcelo Cohen (CEO of BeFly).

The closing address “Technology and innovation as allies to ESG practices” was presented by Marcelo Leal (Director of Cloud Technology at Accenture) and Vittorio Danesi (CEO of Simpress). They were joined by Fábio Baracat (CEO of Sinerlog) and Rafael Segrera (CEO of Schneider Electric South America).
