“Retorna Machine”: Teresópolis receives recycling collection machines

Equipment installed at Sesc allows exchange of materials for various benefits or digital currency

The expansion of the Ambipar Triciclo projects in the state of Rio de Janeiro has received a new boost with the installation, starting this month of March, of “Retorna Machine” machines at Senac RJ and Sesc RJ units, through a contract signed with the Institute of Commerce Sustainability (IFeS).

In the Serrana region, the machines are installed in freely accessible areas in order to expand the collection of recyclable packaging among the public in Teresópolis, Petrópolis, Nogueira, and Nova Friburgo.
