São Paulo, November 13, 2024 – Ambipar (AMBP3), a global leader in environmental solutions, reached new milestones in the third quarter of 2024. Net revenue reached a record of R$ 2.1 billion from July to September, with a growth of 79.5% compared to Q3 23 and 36.2% in the nine months of 2024 compared to the same period of 2023. On an adjusted basis, cumulative growth for the year was 18.1%, aligned with the guidance of 10% growth for 2024.
EBITDA for the quarter ended in September was also a record, totaling R$ 515.3 million, representing growth of 37.0% compared to Q3 23 and 44.8% in the cumulative 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year. The adjusted EBITDA margin for the year-to-date period was 29.9%, with an expansion of 50 basis points compared to the same period of the previous year.
Additionally, Ambipar recorded a reduction of 0.20x in adjusted leverage, decreasing from 2.82x in the second quarter of 2024 to 2.62x, in line with the goal of reaching 2.5x.
It is worth noting that the debt reduction of R$ 485.4 million reinforces Ambipar’s commitment to deleveraging and generating value for its shareholders.

The company also consolidated the areas of circular economy and waste management, allowing for a unified approach and strengthening the strategy of maximizing the use of industrial and post-consumer waste. Ambipar plans to continue its expansion in Brazil and abroad, standing out for sustainable growth and innovation in the environmental sector.
In the Response unit, we will begin presenting regionalized financial data, as well as more specific operational and revenue indicators. Now, revenue is segmented into i- Subscriptions; ii- Field Services, Maintenance, and Routine Emergencies; and iii- Major Emergencies.
