Festa das Nações de Nova Odessa benefits 11 charities

Mayor Cláudio José Schooder, Leitinho, has highlighted in his speeches, in recent days, the social and 100% charitable character of the Festa das Nações de Nova Odessa, which in 2022 returns to its traditional face-to-face format after three years, in the assembled venue at Praça dos Três Poderes (Avenida João Pessoa, nº 777, Centro) – and admission is free.

Promoted by AEANO (Association of Assistance Entities of Nova Odessa), with support from the City Hall, the Festival starts this Friday, 10/07, at 19:00, continues on Saturday, from 18:00, and on Sunday, from 12:00. The event is master sponsored by Marok Incorp and sponsored by Midas, Ambipar, ClickNet, Ober and Pedreira Fazenda Velha.

“All proceeds from the sale of typical dishes and drinks from each country represented are fully paid to the charitable entities present – ​​which again number 11 in this edition, with the entry of Casa Mais and Instituto Kaydi. And this collection is very important for the entities to have a ‘reinforcement’ in the cash at the end of the year, when they have to pay the 13th salary of their employees, have their Christmas parties, etc. So whoever visits and consumes at the Festa das Nações is helping others”, said Leitinho.

The entities present at the Festas da Nações de Nova Odessa this year are AAANO (Association of Friends of Animals of Nova Odessa), APADANO (Association of Parents and Friends of the Hearing Impaired of Nova Odessa), APAE (Association of Parents and Friends of the Handicapped) of Nova Odessa, ABCL (Associação Brasileira de Cultura Leta), Lions Clubs of Nova Odessa, Rotary Club of Nova Odessa, SOS (Orientation and Solidarity Service) of Nova Odessa, AVANO (Association Vicentina Assistencial de Nova Odessa), Geriatric Community and , for the first time, also the Kaydi Institute and MAIS (Assistance Movement for Social Integration), better known as “Casa Mais”.

The stage will be in the same position as the 117th Anniversary Party of Nova Odessa, in May: on the Paço ramp, facing the Square, for better logistics and acoustics. Another novelty is an eating area on the lower side of the square, with 200 square meters covered.

There will be official paid parking on the lawn between the Square and the Municipal Cemetery at R$10, with 20% of the proceeds reverted to the entities. For children, there will be inflatable toys, in addition to the Handicraft Fair of the New Odessa Artisan Movement and a totem with a photo souvenir.

SHOW SCHEDULE

The stage program this Friday, 10/07, starting at 7 pm, will open with the presentation of the ambassadors and a show by the Municipal Symphonic Band Professor Gunars Tiss, concerts by Vih Mendes (MPB) and Ander and Emerson (sertanejo ) and the main attraction of the night, the group Arteria Rock.

On Saturday (10/08), starting at 6 pm, Trio Edi, Escola Meire Prado Ballet, Bruno Jackson, Grupo Nuray and Gabriela Barducci, Nayara Mendes (sertanejo), The Big Doggers (rock), Banda Tome Rock (a tribute to rock music from the 80s and 90s) and the main attraction of this year’s program: singers Ritchie and Maurício Gasperini, the “Gigantes do Rock Anos 80s”.

Finally, on Sunday (10/09) of the traditional “lunch at the Party”, starting at 12:00 (when the stalls open from noon onwards), the extensive program on the stage includes: Liê Santos e Kleber (MPB) , Studio Vivi Azanha Arte e Dança, Espaço Cultural Laryssa Camargo, Gabriella Queiroz (MPB), Ana Vieira (MPB), Manoelito (sertanejo), Banda Sanfônica de Americana (regional music), Babaloo (party music), Grupo Outro Idealis ( samba and pagode), Samba D’Aninha and Banda Mídia.
