Respecting the public commitments made by Ambipar, especially regarding diversity and inclusion, as well as complying with current legislation, particularly Law 14.611 of 07/04/2023, Decree No. 11.795/2023, and MTE Ordinance No. 3.714, the Company hereby discloses the Salary Transparency Report of the companies within the Ambipar Group, observing the legal parameters¹.
The Law introduces mechanisms and obligations for employers with the aim of:
- Correcting gender inequalities;
- Ensuring that remuneration criteria between men and women are equal.
Every company with more than 100 (one hundred) employees is required to disclose the report, which is generated based on data extracted from E-Social and Emprega Brasil Portal.
The reports published by the Government and listed below were prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment based on information from E-Social 2022 and were grouped according to the Major Groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations and do not necessarily reflect the company’s reality.
The reports issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment do not take into account the separation of functions, length of service, function, and/or differences in areas, thus may not represent the overall scenario of the company.
Certainly, in the next reports, the Federal Government should use updated information, and any inconsistencies in methodology/information cross-referencing, if any, will be rectified so that the Reports will better reflect the current situation of the companies within the Ambipar Group, which reaffirms its commitment to and effective practice of salary equality between men and women, in all its companies.
Finally, it is clarified that the data in the reports are anonymized, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
