to attend an emergency.
OBJECTIVE:
Establish the requirements for safety actions to be taken by the first emergency team to respond to the occurrence involving hazardous chemicals, as well as the initial procedures to be adopted to address an emergency involving hazardous chemicals:
- Isolation;
- Scenario analysis;
- Action planning;
- Response to be adopted;
- Evaluation of actions.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Professionals from the transportation, dispatch, traffic, QHSE, public agencies, or other sectors that constitute the institution’s emergency brigade.

PROGRAM CONTENT:
- Recognize the scenario;
- Identify the products involved;
- Identify the actual or potential contamination of the local environment;
- Identify the actual or potential exposure of people;
- Signal and isolate the site according to the product’s characteristics;
- Activate emergency teams for support and emergency intervention.
