Risk Management is composed of a series of measures and actions to assess possible risks, establish the appropriate response for each type of emergency or even prevent accidents from happening.
In the industrial area, Ambipar Response performs:
Industrial Risk Analysis Study - EAR: quantitative risk study of an undertaking, based on techniques for identifying hazards, estimating frequencies and physical effects, assessing vulnerability and estimating risk.
Preliminary Risk Analysis - APR: Study for the identification of risk situations resulting from accidents at the facilities and operations carried out at the industrial unit.
Risk Management Program - PGR: Document setting the policy and directives of a management system, aiming to prevent accidents in potentially hazardous activities or facilities.
Emergency Action Plan - PAE: Document which sets the liabilities, directives and information, aiming to adopt technical and administrative procedures, structured to provide quick and efficient responses for emergency situations.
Individual Emergency Plan - PEI: Establishes the necessary directives for acting in emergency situations in the internal and external areas of the port facilities and operations.
Emergency Control Plan – PCE For Explosives: The Safety Plan is a requirement of Ordinance No.56 COLOG from 2017, which aims to establish the safety and control conditions for Army Controlled Products (PCE)
Area Plan: It is a document or set of documents containing the information, measures and actions related to an area of concentration of organized ports, port facilities, terminals, pipelines or platforms and their respective support facilities.
Fire Prevention and Protection Plan - PPCI: aims to protect the physical integrity of people in the event of accidents caused by fire.
Emergency Drill with Hazardous Products: Emergency drills in Highways, Railways, Pipelines and Ports. From planning to coordination. Assistance in the planning, coordination and execution of simulated exercises for small, medium and large environmental accidents. The consultancy includes the following activities:
• Planning and definition of the scenario to be simulated;
• Support in communication and holding of the planning meeting with Public Bodies;
• Registration of the population and communication of the drill with the community with door to door communication and sound system on site;
• Supply of labor, equipment and support structure for conducting a simulation;
• Final evaluation of the drill.
Technical Assistance For Storage And Shipment of Controlled and Hazardous Chemicals: The consultancy aims to audit the management, update and control process to meet the legal requirements for the activity of storage and road transportation of controlled and hazardous chemicals.
In the area of transport, we carry out a survey of the conditions of the routes and their risks, their consequences and effective measures to trigger control and risk management actions in the transport of dangerous products. For the execution of this work, information is collected with critical points, vulnerable areas and support points along the transport route.
In addition, Ambipar Response conducts an audit to monitor the road transport of dangerous products, from the shipment of the product to the delivery to the recipient of the pre-defined cargo or mileage limit, with a view to identifying and recording critical deviations with respect to the driver’s conduct and/or carrier’s procedures.
Risk management is also comprised of technical advice for electronic document management systems, in addition to mapping industrial and agricultural plants using drones and georeferencing the plants.
