Emergency Control Plan (PCE)
SAFETY PLAN OF ARMY CONTROLLED PRODUCTS: The Safety Plan is a requirement from Ordinance No.56 COLOG from 2017, which aims to establish the safety and control conditions for Army Controlled Products (PCE). The document contemplates the risk analysis of the activities related to the PCEs, sets and presents access control measures to areas containing PCE, active and passive measures for the protection of assets and people and contingency emergency measures in case of accidents involving PCE. Establishes an in and out control of PCE and the type of qualification of the collaborators for the execution of the Safety Plan for PCE.
Industrial Risk Analysis
For Ports: Establishes the necessary directives for acting in emergency situations in the internal and external areas of the port facilities and operations. Its development aims to fulfill the precepts established in NR 29, having as premise, the control and effectiveness in the treatment of events that deviate from the operational procedures of the normal regime of the Port, in order to provide the necessary conditions for the quick response to emergencies and the damage mitigation, aiming at the quick resumption of operations.
